How do I find the right car parts for my vehicle?

Fitment can be complicated! We try our best to clearly indicate fitment on our product pages based on year, make, and model, and any comparable OE product numbers if applicable. If you experience fitment issues based on errors in our claimed fitment, please reach out through our website, email, or social media with your order number for support.

Do you offer a warranty on products sold?

Specific products may have a warranty guarantee associated with it; this would be described on the product page if applicable. Though Zunn Performance currently does not offer warranty coverage of parts, we do strive for customer satisfaction and will support any products with fitment or quality issues within 30 days of delivery. Please reach out to us for any specific concerns and we would love to help.

What is the Fit Guarantee?

Your satisfaction is our top priority at Zunn Performance. If you experience any issues with our claimed fitment, please reach out to us through our website, email, or social media with your order number for support. We will cover return shipping for your item at no cost along with a full refund or exchange of your choosing.

What payment methods do you accept?

Zunn Performance accepts a wide variety of payment methods, including but not limited to most major card providers (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as a variety of express payment options (Paypal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Are there any discounts or promotions available?

Yes! Special promotions and discounts are available on a seasonal basis on the website as indicated. Purchase a Zunn Performance sticker and send in a picture (via email or social media) to get a 5% discount on your next purchase (valid once per customer per delivery address in perpetuity).

How can I cancel or return my order?

Orders can be cancelled prior to fulfillment and shipping at no cost, as long as the cancellation request is made prior to shipping. Contact us through our website, email, or social media with your order number for support.

Returns for reasons other than seller-claimed fitment issues and product defects can be accepted provided the item is in new and unused condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please reach out through our website, email, or social media with your order number for support.

Returns due to fitment issue as a result of incorrect claims by Zunn Performance, and due to defects and quality issues are accepted. How do I track my order?

We ship via major US carriers, including USPS, Fedex, and UPS. Tracking numbers are provided upon label generation and uploaded to your order profile. We encourage you to track your order directly on the appropriate carrier's website, or directly through Shop.
